The brightness of a lighting fixture- its output- is actually decided by its Lumens/Watt. Higher the Lumens, brighter would be the light. Similar is with High Bay LED Lights. depending on the size of the area that needs to be lit and the kind of brightness you aim for, the Lumens should be chosen. To give you an idea, 100 Watt 5700K High Bay LED fixtures yielding 130 Lumens per Watt can be usedl to light up large Warehouses and Garages etc. The light is such that it floods the entire space with crispness.
