Are LED lights of any good when it comes to shooing away the bugs?

If there is light, the bugs, the insects, and the moths have to be there. But certain features of LEDs make them somewhat a match to Bug Repellent Light Fixtures. One is that LEDs emit less amount of light in UV spectrum. Another reason is heat, obviously. Since they have a quality of not emitting heat, there's no reason they would as such attract bugs.
