The best thing about LED hybrid tubes other than their minimal energy consumption is that they work equally good with or without ballast. That means you don't need to think even a bit before letting go of traditional tubes at home or at work because these Hybrid tubes don't ask for any changes to the existing fixtures. If -in case- a hybrid tube is not compatible with the ballast in place, all you need to do is a bypass of the ballast.
